The location is a highlight, placing you near shopping hotspots like Low Yat. The cleanliness of the rooms was adequate, with good housekeeping ensuring they were tidied up regularly.
The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, and the shower lacked consistent hot water. I also noticed the furnishings in my room seemed dated and damaged, reflected in cracks in the wall, and a run-down bathroom. On top of that, the breakfast offerings were quite basic and uninspiring, failing to match what you might expect for a 3-star establishment. I had to deal with the inconvenience of waiting for assistance, as only one iron was available per floor and no kettle or refrigerator in the room made it a hassle to prepare for my day. Classroom-level noise from neighbors at odd hours didn't help either. Definitely some areas needing improvement.

the sentral is fantastic for a comfortable stay, especially after a long day of shopping in bukit bintang. the family room was clean and cozy, and it's just a short walk to berjaya times square. great value for money too!

We appreciated the easy access to Bukit Bintang and the nearby malls, which offered plenty of shopping and dining options. The complimentary area shuttle made getting around the city fun for the kids.
